Chris Belle, President
Chris Belle is President of ITS, a consulting company that helps carriers and solution providers implement new systems with a suite of services and tools for project management, business analysis, testing, and data conversion that are specific to the insurance industry. Chris has more than 20 years of experience in management & technology consulting in the property & casualty insurance industry. He completed his Project Management Professional (PMP®) certification in 2003 and is a Certified Scrum Master (CSM®). Prior to joining ITS, Chris was Chief Information Officer for a regional P&C carrier based in Texas. He is past president of the Texas IASA chapter and currently volunteers with the International IASA.
Rob Oaks, Vice President, Data Services & Products
Rob Oaks is VP of Data Services & Products for ITS. While Rob has worn several hats over his 20+ years as a software professional (CTO, CIO, Chief Architect, Lead Developer, among others), the fundamental underpinning of all these roles is technical depth and an unabated zeal for envisioning, designing, and building innovative technical solutions. Prior to joining ITS, Rob was Chief Technology Officer for a Pennsylvania-based policy system vendor.
Brian Evans, Vice President, Business Development
Brian Evans is Vice President of Business Development for ITS. He represents ITS’s offerings in; advisory consulting, testing, data migration, business analysis, project management and training services to property and casualty (P&C) insurance companies across all lines of business. He has more than 20 years of successful sales experience focused largely on consulting and services offerings, including 12 years in the P&C insurance industry. Before joining ITS, Evans held various sales positions at companies of all sizes, including small firms and global corporations, such as IBM. He holds a B.S. degree in Engineering, and has completed additional post-graduate work and professional training.
Marti Daniels, Vice President, Marketing and Business Development
Marti Daniels is Vice President of Marketing and Vice President of Business Development for ITS. She is responsible for the company’s marketing efforts, as well as, represents ITS’s offerings to the Insurance Industry. ITS’s offerings include; advisory consulting, testing, data migration, business analysis, project management and training services to property and casualty (P&C) insurance companies across all lines of business. Marti has more than 20 years of experience in the property and casualty (P&C) insurance industry and holds a General Lines P&C Insurance license. Prior to joining ITS, Marti held roles in Sales & Marketing, Project Management & Implementation, Client Relationship Management and Customer Service working for a variety of companies within the insurance industry including an ITO/BPO services provider, a personal lines carrier and a P&C comparative rating vendor.
Glenda Holmstrom, Director of Data Migration Services
Glenda Holmstrom is Director of Data Migration Services for ITS with responsibility for successfully delivering projects to move legacy insurance data from old insurance systems to new. Glenda has more than 20 years of experience in life, property & casualty, and health insurance software development, support and services, as well as strategic, marketing and management consulting experience with businesses and nonprofits. Prior to joining ITS, she was Vice President of Client Services at a healthcare technology startup responsible for implementation, support and consulting around the company’s cloud-based solutions. Glenda is a proud alumni of the University of Texas McCombs School of Business and loves volunteering with nonprofits in Austin.
Vana Jones, Director of Training Services
Vana Jones is Director of Training Services for ITS. She has 20+ years of experience in the P&C insurance industry in instructional design, project management, process improvement initiatives, and developing and leading training courses. Prior to joining ITS, Vana was involved with multiple carriers performing a variety of roles including claims adjuster, claims trainer, business analyst and Director of Claims Training and Process Implementation. Vana has experience implementing a diverse array of insurance systems for multiple lines of business. She has also completed several professional development courses for project management, process improvement and training development and delivery. Vana prides herself on ensuring her clients have an effective and efficient roll out training experience each time.
Heather Taylor-Wagnon, Director of Testing and Business Analysis Services
Heather Taylor-Wagnon is Director of Testing and Business Analysis Services for ITS. Her responsibilities include developing ITS’s methodologies in the areas of testing and business analysis as well as providing oversight and support to ITS customers and consultants to ensure high quality delivery of ITS’s services in these aspects. Heather has more than 20 years of insurance experience. She has held several roles on over twelve implementation projects including Test Manager, Manual and Automated Test Case Writing, Technical Business Analyst, and Data Analyst and Report Developer. Prior to joining ITS, Heather was a Business Analyst/Programmer for a medical malpractice carrier. She is the current president of the Texas IASA chapter and has been serving on the board for nine years.
